earnprofitOn some of our previous posts we have been talking about how one can earn profit using their blogs. I have given you some points to remember and guides to maximize your potential to earn profit from it.

Today let’s talk why there are still some bloggers who do not earn from their blogs.

While some make it a choice not to make their blogs a money-making venue, some do but still do not make anything from it. But before you sulk their and get frustrated for not getting any single cent from your blog, ask yourself, “am I taking my blog seriously?”. If you are, then you have to take serious measures to develop your blog.

By taking serious measures, I mean filling your blog with content-rich posts regularly. Doing one or two 150-word articles for at least twice a week can greatly help in boosting the readership of your blog. Through regular posting, your blog can become an information hub for a specific niche area.

After you you’ve filled your blog with valuable contents, then part of the serious measures you have to take to earn profit from your blog is to market it. Promote it. Tell the world about it.

You see, some bloggers do not earn from their blogs because they think making money from blogs starts and stops when they’ve setup their blogsites already. Now we know it’s not that easy.

When I started doing freelanced jobs online, most people I know had the impression that I do make easy money on the internet. Well guess what? – They’re both right and wrong.

They’re right. For almost four years in this business, I can really say that I make easy money on the internet. But that however does not come overnight. I had to work more than eight hours everyday (including Sundays and Holidays) to serve various clients with various personalities, instructions, and style. It takes a lot (and believe me with that) of patience and perseverance for me to make easy money on the internet.

And so when people ask me how to make money in this kind of business? My answer is as simple as learn and earn.

Learn more about your craft – if you are a writer know the hoops and loops in writing in the Internet – and master it; and if you already did, the earning part would just come. Of course this only applies if you already know where you are good at and where you are not.

You see having an online job may not be as easy as most people see it to be, but it does not have to be complicated as well.
